Paraguay Sets Electricity Supply Terms for KUNTUR’s 286 MW Demand

On 27 October 2026, further details were reported on ANDE’s 15-year electricity supply agreement with KUNTUR S.A., covering a gradual increase in demand to 286 MW by April 2029. The published average tariff for 220 kV supply is US$48.91 per MWh, while the 23 kV rate is US$56.39 per MWh; initial supply is scheduled to begin at 6 MW in December 2026. The agreement creates opportunities for substations, grid connections, power-management systems and engineering services.
