Kerber Group Raises Poliex Ownership Above 90%

On 31 October, reports indicated that Montenegro’s Kerber Group had increased its stake in explosives producer Poliex to more than 90%, with trading in the company’s shares resuming. The value of the additional share purchase was not disclosed. The ownership development may create demand for valuation, transaction advisory, legal due diligence and financial reporting.
