Oerlikon Reports 15% Growth in Third-Quarter Order Intake

On 29 October, Swiss technology group Oerlikon reported a 15% year-on-year increase in third-quarter order intake at constant exchange rates and 10% sales growth. The company cited demand for materials used in aviation, power generation and general industry; although no new standalone supply-chain contract value was disclosed, manufacturers and suppliers can explore predictive maintenance, inventory forecasting and process optimisation, while HPC can support industrial simulations and data processing.
